TULIPS THEN & NOW

Today, I'm sitting out on my porch, watching the grass green up, hearing the lovely waterfall of melting snow in my downspouts. Such a spring sound! The air could not be fresher, the sky could not be more blue. And cloudless--the only white up there is one circling, translucent gull, backlit by the sun...exquisite.

This would have been the perfect pic for my posting "the reason" on my poetry blog. Tulips in the snow were in the poem. Great photo. Also loved your Halo poem. If you ever visit my site the poem"halo plight" will cause a smile.
